1. Right-click on this link: QUESTIONNAIRE and save it to your hard drive in a location that you can remember (for example, C:/Temp/).
2. Go to the location on your hard drive where the file is and double-click on it.
3. Type your answers into the cells to the right of each question and save your file (horseinterview.xls).
4. Click on this link: MAIL IT and attach the file (horseinterview.xls) to the email.
5. Click "Send" and you're done!
